Do not under estimate the power of a good sleep.
In this fast-paced life with so many distractions and so many things that keeps us busy we forget that rest is good and sleep is even better. Surprisingly, sometimes all we need to have is a good sleep, rest and do nothing. Yes, doing nothing and sleeping, it makes absolute sense because it is a great investment for your overall health and well being so it is worth making time for.
Learn it from the cats, they're brilliant at doing nothing. 😂
